Strainwise, Inc. is a consulting, branding and fulfillment company operating within the legalized marijuana industry. We’ve been in business since 2010 and have proven to be a model for quality and excellence. We currently work with 9 approved retail entities and multiple grow/production locations throughout the state of Colorado.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Director of Retail Operations is responsible for overseeing the day to day management of operations for our related retail locations, with a specific emphasis on increasing sales, revenues, customer satisfaction and employee retention.

Responsibilities include:
 Work with Store, Operations and Inventory Managers and team members to ensure retail goals are met.
 Utilize in-depth analysis of retail metrics to meet and exceed sales goals, and provide forecasting.
 Understand cost management of each store and make changes as appropriate
 Implement programs to grow customer base and improve both retention and customer satisfaction
