JOB DESCRIPTION: The Production Manager will oversee and supervise the production workflow at our Marijuana cultivation facilities. This will include analyzing production metrics and making appropriate adjustments to ensure high-yield production.

Responsibilities include:
 Work with facility managers and team members to ensure production goals are met.
 Utilize in-depth analysis of production metrics to achieve and maintain high-yield, high-quality product
 Monitor and adjust staffing levels to match appropriate workflow. Work with Personnel Department to make appropriate changes
 Work closely with Compliance Department to maintain safe work environment that is compliant with all local and state industry regulations.
 Closely monitor inventory levels and provide accurate forecasting
 Approve all outgoing wholesale inventory transfers
