When you set up a business taking care to choose the right partners and suppliers is an important step, which, if you get wrong can cost you dearly. In June I wrote about the MediPen CBD oil vaporiser and detailed how the product was a legal and effective way to experience the benefits of CBD oil in the UK.
Not quite two months on and I have heard that MediPen’s payment processor Paypal have unexpectedly and without warning pulled the plug and will no longer allow the company to accept credit or debit card payments via its service. This decision was taken despite the company having obtained authorisation from Paypal before nominating it as its preferred payment partner. The international payment processor Paypal currently handles around 10 million transactions per day and boasts over 165 million active accounts.
