High Valley Farms has attempted several techniques to quell the odors coming from its cultivation facility that sits 20 miles north of Aspen, Colorado, amidst frequent grievances from next-door neighbors.

“We have not for a minute rested on our laurels,” Lewis just recently informed county commissioners, who had threatened to not renew High Valley’s cultivation licenses if it couldn’t consist of the strong smell of marijuana originating from its grow operation. “We have 10 individuals working on this full-time.”...
