Canadian chef schools class in cooking with cannabis

The prospect of the Trudeau government’s legalizing marijuana is prompting some pro-cannabis promoters to get, well, cooking.
 

Literally.

About 40 people showed up Tuesday night at a Chelsea restaurant to get tips from the resident chef on how to cook with cannabis. It was a select crowd; everyone in attendance had to be using marijuana as part of their medical treatment and be a registered member of National Access Cannabis’s Ottawa branch. And no, there was no marijuana in the ingredients.
