Washington plans to merge the medical and recreational marijuana market by July 2016, and they’re not the only ones who could see weed laws changing

Laws are about to change again in Washington as Daily Record News reports that the recreational and medical market are about to merge.
With the help of medical endorsements, shops could start selling higher grade marijuana for medical purposes. While it initially could mean more business for stores, Cannabis Central store owner Rob Hendrix says it will be able to reach out further to patients finding it difficult to obtain medical marijuana.
