The Denver 420 Rally's rescheduled date, venue and line-up

The saga of the 2016 Denver 420 Rally will go down in the massive smoke-out’s history as one of its strangest ever.

As forecasts of snow loomed, event organizers promised the April 16 show would go on with headliners Wiz Khalifa and Lil Wayne. When the snow did in fact slam central Denver, organizers postponed the rally after the event was scheduled to start. First they said there would be no refunds. Then they changed their mind as they kicked around various rescheduling options that includedthrowing the Rally/concert at Sports Authority Field at Mile High, home to the Denver Broncos.

After a mad-cap weekend that was home to plenty of other like-minded events, 4/20 actual was celebrated at Civic Center with a low-key gathering some described as “old-school.”
