That’s where the tourists are; that’s who’s mostly buying off the streets in that area.
At least, I certainly see a lot of open-air offerings there. I don’t know of any data tracking illegal pot sales in the city’s tourist core, but you know … walks like a duck, quacks like one. I mean, who else would go to downtown’s tourist destination and buy weed, if not tourists (and some partiers who don’t live in the city)?
