The teen faces counts of possession of imitation weapon for a dangerous purpose, contrary to Section 88 of the Criminal Code; possession for the purpose of distributing, contrary to Section 9(2) of the Cannabis Act; driving while under suspension, contrary to Section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act; Class G1 licence holder unaccompanied by a qualified driver, contrary to Section 340/94 5(1) OReg of the Highway Traffic Act; person under 19 years having liquor, contrary to Section 30(8) of the Liquor Licence Act; person under 19 years, possession of cannabis, contrary to Section 2017 10(1) of the Cannabis Control Act; driving a vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available, contrary to Section 2017 12(1) of the Cannabis Act; driving a motor vehicle with liquor readily available, contrary to Section 32(1) of the Liquor Licence Act; and speeding one to 49 kilometers per hour over posted limit, contrary to Section 128 of the Highway Traffic Act.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cochrane on Oct. 5.
