Please try again later.Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Grower who is eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis start-up geared towards cutting edge scientific approaches. You will eventually manage all aspects of the day to day operations of this grow, including personnel, from seed to harvest. You have an ‘all hands on deck’ attitude and are dedicated to being an integral part of the organization. You are able to quickly identify any problems and troubleshoot these accordingly.
Responsibilities:
-Manage a 7,000 square ft. warehouse -Manage a small crew of employees -Perform all the tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management.
-Cultivate cannabis plants, giving each individual the attention they require.
