As students from various colleges were busy showing their rugby talents on the pitch at Kenyatta Stadium, some were on a smoking spree. Believe it or not, the boys confessed their sins and then proceeded to 'educate' the cops on the Rastafarian culture. The officers simply confiscated the banned drug and let the boys be.
