Dixie Elixirs and Amercanex sign wholesale distribution agreement for all Dixie Products on the ACE Marketplace

Amercanex, which operates the ACE Marketplace, today announced a landmark partnership with Dixie Brands Inc., providing Dixie’s affiliates by state, the rights to conduct wholesale distribution of the Dixie Elixirs and Edibles line, on the American Cannabis Exchange throughout the country(s) and state(s) where Amercanex operates. As the first fully electronic cannabis marketplace in which cultivators, wholesale distributors and retail vendors can buy and sell their inventories in a fully transparent intra-state market, this partnership marks another first for Amercanex as the Company continues to be at the forefront of the emerging cannabis market.
