The Nevada Athletic Commission came down hard on Diaz after he received his third strike, and many people including Rousey and Mayweather agreed that the punishment was too harsh considering that marijuana is not a performance-enhancing drug. It’s interesting Mayweather is even discussing drug tests conducted under the NAC’s watch considering he’s caught some heat for reportedly taking a banned IV after weighing in for May’s blockbuster boxing match against Manny Pacquiao.
