The West Midlands Police cannabis disposal team said during September they seized an estimated £1 million of cannabis, and recycled 398 light bulbs.

This includes a raid earlier this week at a home in Wolverhampton, where police found 351 plants in an attic and downstairs.

A 36-year-old man was arrested at the Granville Street, All Saints address on Tuesday.

Earlier this month police found an eight foot cannabis plant growing in a back garden in Stourport.

In August, more than £2million worth of cannabis was seized, with 3,912 plants destroyed.
