CLEVELAND -- Just because both medical and recreational marijuana might become legal, does not mean you can use the drug without consequences in the workplace.

Every day, Carolyn Harris lives with the discomfort caused by chronic arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Lupus, which explains why she wants Issue 3 to pass on Tuesday.

"The pills were making me sick," said Harris. "My hair fell out and I could not walk, so by pushing this issue will help me tremendously."

She says one doctor told her if Issue 3 passes in Ohio she can try cannabis creams and oils. Just like any other prescription, employers would have to allow it in the workplace.

On the other hand, employers do not have to tolerate recreational use even if it is done on an employee's personal time.
