The subscription service is currently unavailable. Please try again later.HOLLISTER (CBS13) – A young woman has been arrested on allegations she was selling edible marijuana in a church parking lot.
The arrest happened in the Monterey County city of Hollister Friday afternoon.
According to Hollister Police, a witness spotted a suspicious car in the parking lot of a church on the 1600 block of Cienega Road. The witness believed that a possible drug deal was going on.
Once at the scene, an officer immediately noticed the smell of burnt marijuana coming from the car. The officer soon found that six people, four young adults and two minors, were in the car.
Police say that 18-year-old Tara Postigo admitted the drugs were hers.
An investigation by the officer soon uncovered more drugs in the car – including edible marijuana made to look like Fruit Loops. Rock candy infused with hash oil was also found in the car, police say....
