Pot-Infused Alcohol Could Soon Be Sold Nationwide

Canna-Beer – Dad & Dudes Breweria’s marijuana-infused beer – may soon be available in more than just Colorado. The adult beverage brand, which officially rolled out the first line of Drew's Brews packaged cannabis-infused beers back in 2015, recently announced plans to sell their General Washington’s Secret Stash in stores across the United States.

Dad & Dudes co-owner Mason Hembree told Colorado’s 9 News on Thursday that he finally managed to secure federal approval of the beer, which contains cannabis sativa extracts but won’t actually give consumers the high-effects that are normally associated with marijuana. Hembree told reporters that his latest distribution efforts will only propel the marijuana reforms taking place all over the country.
