The SP MP Koco Kokedhima has not forgotten his idea to legalize cannabis. "Marketwired", in an article published a few days ago writes that Albania's Socialist MP, has contacted the US officials to legalize and start the export of cannabis.

"Kokedhima has been in touch with the Commission of Eurasian Affairs in Washington DC (CCEA), regarding a meeting scheduled to be held later this month, to discuss the next phase of this program", writes "Marketwired".

"Albanian lawmaker supports farmers who want to sell abroad", the article reads. According to Kokedhima, "Albania produces high quality cannabis, well known in Europe". Director of CCEA, Caru Lee Peterson says that "the US-Albania bilateral partnership related to cannabis is still in its first phases, as it took almost two years, since the establishment of the Civil Society Program of the New Millennium for Albania to come at this point."
