UPDATE 29th of October, 2015: In the verdict against Doede de Jong the court ruled guilty, but no punishment. Case not finished. For more (in Dutch), visit the VOC Nederland website.
If the court follows the developments of other recent similar cases, it could conclude that relatively small, transparent functioning growers who are not focused on only making huge profits, although punishable by law, will have no punishment imposed.
