Best Marijuana Strains for Multiple Sclerosis Patients

When reading about medical marijuana, you’ll often see multiple sclerosis described as one of the many serious diseases for which weed can be helpful.

But even people who are somewhat familiar with the heartbreakingly debilitating effects that MS can have may skip right past that section. After all, how many people have multiple sclerosis, anyway?

Actually, a lot more than you’d think. Nearly half a million Americans, and five times that number worldwide, suffer from this cruel, unpredictable and incurable autoimmune disease that attacks the nervous system.

If used appropriately, marijuana can be used to help manage symptoms of pain and discomfort caused by hemorrhoids.

Although many are embarrassed to talk about them, anyone can develop hemorrhoids, which are swollen and clotted blood vessels in and around the anus. Technically, these are called external hemorrhoids (even though they can be a bit “internal”). True internal hemorrhoids are another beast entirely and not part of our discussion here.

people voting

WASHINGTON — The Democratic−controlled House on Friday approved a bill to decriminalize and tax marijuana at the federal level, reversing what supporters called a failed policy of criminalization of pot use and taking steps to address racial disparities in enforcement of federal drug laws.

Opponents, mostly Republicans, called the bill a hollow political gesture and mocked Democrats for bringing it up at a time when thousands of Americans are dying from the coronavirus pandemic.

marketing planning

Now more than ever before, brands across all industries are attuning to the fact that an in-depth understanding of their audience’s interests and lifestyles is key to robust sales and longevity. The cannabis industry posted that message loud and clear this year, with one online cannabis marketplace, Jane Technologies, Inc. (which partners with over 1,600 dispensaries and brands across 33 states) seeing online Green Wednesday profits for 2020 up 241% over 2019. Failure to stay relevant to consumers could result in the recent sales boom going bust, yet a recent Forrester Consulting study commissioned by Fyllo, a leading innovator in data, media, and compliance solutions for highly regulated industries, shows many brands lagging behind.
